1775 Pictures, established by Jody Hart and Jonathan M. Ball, is an esteemed production company rooted in the Marine Corps veteran experience. Paying homage to the birth of the United States Marine Corps at Tun Tavern in 1775, the name “1775” embodies the company’s deep appreciation for its military heritage. Specializing in Feature Films, Television, Branded Content, and Government training videos, 1775 Pictures not only creates compelling visual narratives but also provides employment opportunities for military veterans.

Jody is a Producer, Director with 24 years of experience in Film and Television.  Jonathan is an accomplished Novelist, Screenplay writer and music writer.  Together they have the following projects which they plan to film in Central Oregon and through Central Oregon Studio.

ROWDY - $6.25 million

 

LOGLINE: Former High School Champion Bull Rider, Rodney “Rowdy“ Stenson, chases a dangerous dream to become a professional bull rider and provide a life worthy of his wife and daughter. Tossed, turned, thrown, Rowdy rides until he breaks. Even though he’s kicked when he’s down, Rowdy rebuilds his love for the rodeo and refunds hope as a bullfighter. Yet, the danger is undeniable.

Film Location includes Western Town, Riverbanks, Forests, Desert Plains, and Rocky Areas, everything Central Oregon has to offer. We will build the Western Town on the Movie Ranch from the budget.
